“I'm a songwriter and was in LA to collaborate with a friend on a new project. We were very inspired and productive in this space. The host, Vicki, had told me that there's creative energy on the street from the Besant Lodge, formerly one of the city's original silent movie theaters, and I'm inclined to agree. She and her husband Joey are friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place has everything you want and more: Good water pressure, fast internet, comfy bed, private entrance, a well-appointed bookshelf, and a view of the Hollywood sign right outside the door.
